Client Care Support (Administrative Assistant)The purpose of Family Services Australia (FSA) is to create positive change in families under stress, as well as a safer and more caring environment for families.The Client Care Support position provides administrative support to our FSA Health & Wellbeing Team.
Client Care Support is a key support, providing day-to-day administrative duties to assist the Mental Health Support & Wellbeing team.
The responsibilities of Client Care Support include maintaining clinicians' calendars, taking client payments, responding to calls, emails, requests, and supporting the innovation of FSA processes and procedures.This is a full-time role, working 5 days per week between the hours of 8:30am and 5:06pm.Minimum RequirementsAt least 2 years' face-to-face administrative experience, preferably in a medical, allied health, or community support environment;Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with consumers of a service, including vulnerable children and families;Highly driven, organized, and efficient worker;Experience working in a high-paced customer service environment or an equivalent operating environment that has included successful, cohesive, and supportive engagement with team members;Ability to meet deadlines and plan your workload efficiently to meet company and client expectations;Strong proactive problem-solving ability to resolve day-to-day operational priorities with sustainable solutions;Excellent prioritization and time management ability with demonstrated resilience and calmness when operating in dynamic environments;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Familiarity with or confidence in learning new practice management software(s) and essential programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word;Ability to obtain Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances;Current unrestricted Driver's Licence;Basic understanding of mental health vulnerabilities;Basic understanding or experience working with a range of funding modalities, i.e., third-party payments including NDIS, Medicare, and private health insurance.Benefits and PerksProfessional, community-focused, and person-centered team culture;Quarterly Community Support Framework (CSF) 360-degree appraisals;Annual Training Needs Analysis and Training, Learning and Development Plan;Charity Salary Packaging A$15,900 tax-free;Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP);Paid Annual Family Days at Easter and Christmas.If you are committed to achieving this exciting career and life opportunity by joining FSA, please forward an up-to-date resume and cover letter addressing the essential criteria.
