Toowoomba - Medici, Australia 155318 We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our clinic located in Toowoomba.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role, 5 days per week from Monday-Friday. Hours of work will be 8:30am - 5:00pm.
This position is for six months until the end of March 2025.

Join our mission and become part of our team! What will you be doing? As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.
You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records Assisting with client and ENT enquiries Answering clinic phone calls and emails Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices Accurate billing of appointments Other general office duties What do you need to be successful in this role? A passion for delivering an amazing client experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience Demonstrated experience working within a team environment Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services Excellent problem solving skills Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Toowoomba clinics from time to time.
