Love interacting with people and providing 5-star customer service?Want to make a difference in people's lives?Looking for a role with purpose and potential?We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional at our hearing clinic in Beerwah, QLD.You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role. Full training and ongoing support provided.This is a permanent full-time position working between Monday and Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.Who are we? What do you need to be successful in this role? A passion for delivering an amazing client experience Great communication and active listening skills Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients Intermediate computer skills An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids Prior experience in customer service/admin
