Your duties will include:Answering a high volume of incoming phone callsConducting outbound phone calls to our existing client baseManaging the appointment books for our cliniciansScheduling and confirming appointments for clientsAssisting with client and doctor enquiriesProviding basic troubleshooting for hearing devices over the phone and via emailResponding to voicemails & emailsReceiving and placing ordersWhat do you need to be successful in this role?You will be working with people with hearing impairment on a daily basis.
To be successful in the role it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience.
