Client Care Representative - Central Services 155623
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our Central Services team in our Brisbane Head Office.
This role is a permanent, part-time position working 32 hours over 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.
What will you be doing? You will provide an exceptional level of service to all of our clients and play an integral role in the day to day functions of the company. Your duties will include:
Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls Conducting outbound phone calls to our existing client base Managing the appointment books for our clinicians Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients Assisting with client and doctor enquiries Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices over the phone and via email Responding to voicemails & emails Receiving and placing orders What do you need to be successful in this role? You will be working with people with hearing impairment on a daily basis. To be successful in the role it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience. The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience working within a team environment. Experience working in an inbound call centre or fast-paced reception role is highly desirable. The ability to operate effectively in an environment of a high and varied workload. Demonstrate judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services. Exceptional customer service focus. Excellent problem solving skills. Why work with us?
