We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our clinic located in Benowa.
This is a permanent full-time role, 5 days per week from Monday-Friday.
Hours of work will be between 8:30am - 5:00pm. Who are we? Neurosensory is a complete hearing health care company, with 24 clinics in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

What will you be doing? As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.
You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clientsGreeting clients at the clinic and updating client recordsAssisting with client and doctor enquiriesAnswering clinic phone calls and emailsProviding basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devicesAccurate billing of appointmentsOther general office dutiesWhat do you need to be successful in this role? A passion for delivering an amazing client experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patienceDemonstrated experience working within a team environmentDemonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative servicesExcellent problem solving skillsWillingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Gold Coast clinics from time to time.Why work with us?
