Client Associate (Part-Time, 2 days a week – Wednesdays & Fridays)

In this Client Associate role, you will..
Be the friendly voice and quick-responding expert for our clients, handling phone and email queries with efficiency and care to resolution.
Take charge of organising client records and play a key role in keeping our team's workflow moving smoothly and efficiently.
Support our off-shore colleagues with peer-to-peer feedback and QA reviews.
Be the go-to person for keeping our communications flowing smoothly by sorting and distributing all incoming and internal mail with precision each day.
Take the lead in handling seamless account closures and portal access, ensuring a smooth and efficient process every time.
Keep the team's inboxes organised and responsive, acting as the central hub for all incoming communication.
Support the business to execute firm wide initiatives and opportunities to achieve desired outcomes.
