Be a part of a supportive team! Permanent Full-Time, based in Nowra About The Role Anglicare is looking for a Client Allocation Officer to be a part of the Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub. You will be responsible for allocating client referrals to SMHH program staff. You will be the main point of contact for the SMHH program and will work closely with the SMHH staff to understand client referral volumes and needs to enable appropriate allocation of referrals. You will also provide administrative support for the Senior Program Manager and program staff to ensure effective operation of program and delivery of client services. You will be assisting in preparing the funding body reports, and other relevant documentation as required by the Program. This is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Nowra. About You We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about helping those in need and making a difference in the community. Certificate IV level Community Services qualification or related discipline and/or relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage telephone-based referral and client intake. The ability to identify and appropriately respond to immediate and presenting risks. Previous experience working in mental health, community services or health setting. Current NSW Driver's Licence. Police check and WWCC.
