About the Role: As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include: * Building rapport with patients and providing top-notch customer service.
* Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations.
* Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals.
* Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines.
* Managing sales stock levels and post-sales services.
* Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
We're searching for someone with: * Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
* A customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
