About the Role: As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.
What you will do * Operational Support to clinic Audiologists; including administration (answering phones, booking appointments, providing customer service) * Prioritize.
Who we see and when we see them is critical to drive the best outcomes.
You are key in organizing this success.
* Stock Management * Liaise with internal (Audiologists) and external (clients, medical professionals) stakeholders whilst providing empathy and high levels of customer service.
* Data Entry.
Attention to detail is key to ensuring smooth outcomes.
What you will bring: * Proven experience in or exposure to allied health OR high volume customer service or sales.
Our clinics are busy!
* Computer literacy with high levels of attention to detail and/or data entry.
* Ability or willingness to perform basic patient assistance with hearing devices (we will train you) * Previous exposure to Medicare/Private Health claims is advantageous.
If you don't have this experience we will train you.
* The ability to form excellent working relationships and support our Audiologists.
