The Role As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Brisbane boutique.
You'll support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about luxury retail, committed to developing talent, and focused on creating memorable experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities Assist in managing boutique operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and adherence to company standards.
Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales and performance targets.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's heritage, values, and product expertise to clients.
Oversee inventory management and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and compliance with operational policies.
Foster a positive, inclusive team environment, encouraging collaboration and a strong work ethic.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end customer-facing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail.
Passion for luxury watches, fine craftsmanship, or high-end retail.
Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
