We are looking for a casual Client Advisor for our Acne Studios Chadstone store.
As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle.
To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.
You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:
Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experienceAchieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targetsUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventoryWHO YOU ARE

Specific personal qualities for this role:
Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customersAbility to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targetsResponsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional mannerSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:
Minimum of one years experience in luxury retail or a client-facing roleProven ability to drive sales with exceptional customer service and storytellingCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clientelingFluency in English (additional language is a plus with Mandarin highly regarded)What matters most to us is not whether you have mastered all the listed knowledge and skills, but that you have the enthusiasm, work ethic and proactive nature to thrive in the role.
