This is a concierge customer service role suitable for someone who is bubbly, confident and has prior customer service experience.
Job Description Client Advisors are Kieser's concierge service. We're energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing people with exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. We have an A+ attitude, an eye for detail and are the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and colleagues.
As a Client Advisor you will: Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care Deliver outstanding client experiences Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, online payments) Promote Kieser's services Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic Host our clients like they're your favourite dinner guests We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a high-performing team, that is interested in healthcare and living an active lifestyle.
