Responsibilities include:
Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diaryPromoting Kieser's products and servicesProviding administrative support to the leadership and clinical teamAnswering questions and resolving problems for clients and team membersConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIdeal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
Attention to detail and superior IT skills are beneficial.
This is a part-time role 3 days per week, with the potential to take on more hours in the future.
*Shift times are generally between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 7pm / Saturdays 7am – 3pm
