We are imaginative, respectful, compassionate and bold.Role PurposeAs part of our Finance Shared Services Division, the Client Administration Team is the central point of contact for all things related to client transactions and finance queries, especially within our Ageing Services. Your role as the Team Leader will focus on administration and client enquiry management, helping clients with finance-related enquiries and ensuring prompt, thoughtful follow-up and resolution.Why this Role MattersThis isn't just about managing client accounts—this role is Team Lead focused on assisting clients with finance administration and account-related enquiries, as well as leading the team processing data entry and managing client enquiries in the streams of Home and Community care, Independent Living, and other Housing programs.About the RoleLead & Inspire: Mentor and coach your team to deliver excellent client service, helping them grow and succeed.Client-Centric Focus: Handle day-to-day operational activities with a compassionate and client-first approach, including account data entry, client follow-ups, and ad-hoc financial processes.Financial Reporting: Prepare and issue financial reports, ensuring that everything aligns with budgets and policy guidelines.
