The Opportunity
Are you a proactive and driven professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the community? See Differently is seeking a talented Client Acquisition Manager to identify, develop, and nurture relationships that will expand our reach and strengthen our presence in the Aged Care and community sectors.
This is a sales position within a specialised team that delivers multiple services to See Differently clients. The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads/focus areas. While the role is target and sales-driven, its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective clients and their families toward See Differently and our suite of specialised services and products.
You'll bring empathy and a client-centric approach, building trust with future clients and their families. By carefully presenting information, you'll help them navigate their vision journey with confidence.
Your Skills and Expertise
You are a relationship builder and a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and account management. You thrive in dynamic environments, are goal-oriented, and have a solid understanding of the Aged Care and community sectors. Your collaborative approach and commitment to making a difference will drive your success in this role.
We are seeking an individual who meets the below criteria:
Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc) Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people and stakeholders Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage enquirers Strong computer literacy skills A genuine passion for helping others What We Can Offer You
