This is an entry-level opportunity for a passionate customer service superstar to embark on a long-term career with BT. Gain valuable experience through our comprehensive paid training program. Work in a full-time role based in our Perth office. This is a max term contract role until 21/11/2026.

As a Client Account Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their financial journey with us is smooth and satisfying.
Your Role: Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.Process customer requests: Efficiently manage and process customer requests through our systems.Improve our processes: Identify opportunities to enhance our operations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.What do I need? We're looking for a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
