The Client Account Services (CAS) team supports clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia (ex-Japan) in new business activities, fund restructures, and client exits.
Working closely with Relationship Managers, Client Service Account Managers, and other internal teams, CAS provides flexible and client-focused service tailored to dynamic monthly schedules.
Custody Account Services Responsibilities
The team handles:
Account opening and maintenance within client SLAs.Managing complex client requests, such as fund restructures and transitions.Project management for new client onboarding, account openings, and market coordination.Product maintenance, including client-facing technology entitlements.Oversight of business-driven programs for regulatory, product, and business changes.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Position Summary
The CAS Associate manages custody account openings and coordinates market documentation for new and incremental business.
Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and the sub-custodian network, the role involves capturing client requirements and reporting key metrics to senior management.
Strong expertise in custody services, time management, communication, and problem-solving is essential.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate account setups and updates in internal systems (e.g., GTI, Titan, WINS).Manage client cash account openings and custody account setups with local agents.Communicate updates to account opening processes and resolve queries.Support global and local projects and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.Qualifications and Experience Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage SLAs.Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with COSMIC and TITAN is a plus.Minimum of 5 years' experience in global custody, with knowledge of account structures and international documentation.Competencies Leadership and teamwork.Analytical and decision-making abilities.Client relationship management and adaptability.
