We are seeking an exceptional Client Account Manager to join our team! This role will see you managing one of our priority accounts. You will work closely with the account leadership team and help deliver world-class outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, contribute to major opportunities, and differentiate Deloitte in the market.
What will your typical day look like? In this role, you'll collaborate with the account leadership team, including the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP), to deliver world-class outcomes. You'll manage strategic client relationships, drive account improvements, and ensure the successful execution of account operations. You'll also have the opportunity to work with global teams, support key pursuits, manage procurement relationships, and even drive offshore resources to support account growth.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are an enthusiastic, resilient & pragmatic individual who can drive account strategy and planning. You'll be well equipped to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic client relationship plans, focused on delivering the best of Deloitte.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
5 years experience in account management or similar role, operating within a complex account management environmentA background in the Financial Services sector or the ability to quickly learn about the sector/industry preferred but not requiredThe ability to influence and respectfully challenge senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to interpret data and identify trendsAbility to effectively manage competing priorities, know when to make sound judgement calls and when to delve deeper with senior leadersAbility to meet deadlines, prioritise and manage projects to conclusionCan work independently in a high-performance team environment and collaborate with firm-wide resourcesUnderstanding of CRM systems and pipeline management, or ability to learn quicklyThe ability to contribute to business process improvementsProfessional services knowledge is an assetRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experienceFlexibility, including part-time hours, may be negotiatedWhy Deloitte?
