The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 80-100 supplier clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our supplier network.Client Directors at ArchiPro are responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while upholding the goal of every ArchiPro customer connection — delivering a great customer experience.
This work includes strategic account planning, account development, relationship management, and platform and advertising performance management.
You'll work with business and technical teams across ArchiPro, including those in Advertising, Marketing, Platform and Product, collaborating to solve client problems and ensure success for ArchiPro and its customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between Archipro and our suppliers.Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Develop tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted across Archipro's channels.Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen our portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive offering to our users.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Archipro's strategic objectives and financial targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.Benefits / PackageCompetitive Base Salary10% Uncapped commission on all sales and renewals.
