Click & Collect Service Representative (Full Time) As a Click & Collect Service Representative, your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional click and collect experience for our customer whilst also generating sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operations: Ensure the counter and click and collect queues are clean and time, and full at all times. Provide priority friendly support to all click and collect customers. Ensure adherence to all customer id requirements for orders. Coordinating and calling customers to pick up small and manageable items from the front counter, and for large and bulky products from the warehouse. Initiates upsell initiatives by asking curious and informative questions. Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, new product lines and discontinued items. Ensuring all orders are effectively managed within the required protocols and timeframes. Pick and pack all click and collect orders within set timeframes. Effectively manage and coordinate part order pick-ups and collections notices. Contact customers for short, packed audits. Ensure all customers with click and collect orders are contacted within the required timeframes ensuring Complete daily audits of click and collect orders. Ensure the click and collect storage areas are neat, clean and organised at all times. Support the warehouse operations where required for click and collect order pick-ups. Ensure the effective and safe operation of click and collect practices, carrying out duties quickly, safely and efficiently. Organise warehouse and work area for cleanliness and orderliness at all times. Professionally handle grievances to preserve 4WD Supacentre's reputation. Support: When Click and collect duties are complete: Support the sales floors operations by working with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, taking a holistic approach to selling. provide an exceptional level of customer service in all customer dealings. creating and building long term relationships with our customers. creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Support the warehouse daily operations as required. Comply with company values, policies and procedures Wear proper PPE, safety boots and high visibility clothing Comply with 4WD Supacentre WH&S policy and procedures and actively participate in the achievement of a safe working environment To be successful: Available to work a Wednesday to Sunday roster or a Friday to Tuesday Roster Proven experience managing click and collect orders from start to finish. High level customer satisfaction. Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with high energy sales focus. Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric. Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded. Interested?
