The role: Provide and maintain a high standard of customer focused clerical, administrative and reception services. Maintain confidentiality and work according to all Agency policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure all information management systems are maintained and processes conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and protocols of the Agency. Do you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team to create a smooth patient journey?  We could be the place for you!  The team: This role will work as part of the Outpatient Clinics team at the North West Regional Hospital. The Outpatient Department at the North West Regional Hospital has 14 consulting rooms. We offer general medical, surgical, gynaecology, orthopaedic, respiratory, paediatric, stomal therapy, cardiology, cardiac rehab neurology, neurosurgical, dermatology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, gerontology, nephrology, staff health, immunology and various procedure clinics and nurse led clinics. The team consists of administrative staff, nursing (EN and RN), graduate nurses, CNCs, Nurse Practitioner, and technicians. The environment is fast paced, ever changing and requires excellent time management skills on all levels. Details of Appointment Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you are able to join the team *notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
