CQR currently operates 8 quality assured practices across Central Queensland, including Gladstone, Rockhampton and the coast of Yeppoon to Emerald.
We have close ties to our sister company, Sunshine Coast Radiology, who have sites in private practice and hospitals across the Sunshine Coast.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clerical Manager to join our Central Queensland Radiology team, based in Rockhampton.
About the role Reporting to the Imaging Queensland Administration Manager, the Clerical Manager will manage the effective supply and deployment of clerical staff and equipment to meet the requirements of the company's front of house clerical service across our Central Queensland Radiology sites.
A key member of the leadership team, this role has 3 Clerical in Charge's who report directly to you.
You will also work closely with other members of the Administration and Clinical Leadership team.
Flexibility is key, as this role will require you to visit sites across the region to ensure the delivery of quality, proactive, customer focused standards of care to our patients and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the clerical team at all sites.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Oversee the day-to-day clerical operational services across all sites ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role.
• Support clerical teams across sites, ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role and responsibilities and are working as per the conditions of their employment.
• Effectively communicate with all colleagues, radiologists, patients, hospital management, and referrers • Provide a comprehensive monthly report to the Administration Manager • Support and contribute to the achievement of the organisational goals of Central Queensland Radiology and continue to provide quality service to patients.
• Organise and ensure all clerical staff attended regular educational sessions.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to health, safety, environment and quality performance, equal opportunity (including harassment and bullying), privacy and codes of conduct.
About You: • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
• 5+ years' experience working in a Radiology practice or healthcare management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy team environment.
• A leadership style that is holistic and supportive.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Effective time management • A willingness to participate in further education.

This is a Fulltime role Monday to Friday, offering remuneration including base + super, as well as mobile phone and laptop.
