We are looking for a new breed of Influencer Manager! As an Influencer Manager at CHEP, you will be an integral part of the team, providing day-to-day support to our clients, colleagues, and importantly our contracted influencers. Your focus will be making sure these influencers feel well looked after, clear on their contractual requirements, focused on the delivery of positive outcomes for the brand, and operating like an extended part of the CHEP family.
This role will be perfect for someone with experience in talent/influencer management, PR or social media marketing and an unwavering passion for building strong relationships.
The day to day... Ongoing identification and qualification of new influencer talent. Provide recommendations on contracted deliverables per influencer and activation strategies. Work closely with strategy and creative teams to identify creative opportunities and pitch proactive ideas to influencers. Report on influencer performance (organic and paid). A huge aspect of your role will involve relationship management:
Internal – you will be expected to develop strong working relationships with your peers and client teams and play an active role in team meetings. Clients – you will be expected to develop strong relationships with your clients, working to understand and meet their expectations. External – developing strong relationships with influencers, by understanding what they need, what they are required to deliver and how to assist them in consistently driving towards outcomes and meeting deadlines. Building relationships and engaging with the wider industry and representing CHEP at external activities as required. Who you are... Your background and passion is in social marketing, public relations and/or influencer management. You know the communications landscape in Australia, specifically in the areas of social and influencer strategy. You have a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting and performance assessment. You have the know-how to professionally and positively manage relationships and communicate effectively. You're a trend-setter, a Social Media guru with a keen eye for content that stops thumbs scrolling. You have extensive experience working across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch.
