Your New Team The workplace team is involved in many significant high-profile projects and initiatives across Queensland acting for government departments and agencies, statutory bodies, GOCs, commercialised business units, disciplinary boards and tribunals, and local government authorities.
Your New Role Work across the full spectrum of workplace issues including discrimination, adverse action claims, bullying and harassment, as well as major class actions. The areas of law handled by this team include labour law (70% of workload), administrative law (20% of workload), and other areas (10% of workload).
