Contract: Immediate Start | Until 31 March 2025
Salary: $80 P/H
About the Role: Collaborate with a supportive team, working closely with the Change Advisory Manager and Capability Lead . Design and develop easy-to-understand learning resources to build capability across employees, managers, and HR teams. Create a variety of training materials, including: Quick Reference Guides Micro-training videos Training session plans Engage with HR subject matter experts and business change champions to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Deliver system demonstrations and small-group training sessions.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a similar Training /Technical Writing or Instructional Design role. Proven experience supporting HR system projects . Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
