Technical Delivery Lead to provide hands-on support to the technical team to lead the delivery of a Student Enrolment Platform. This is within the education sector based in Brisbane, working a hybrid week in a flexible and supporting environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance on interpreting business requirements and evaluating build vs. buy options (Power Apps vs. SaaS). Participate in workshops with third-party vendors to run Proof-of-Concepts. Document technical requirements in alignment with the To-Be Solution Architecture. Collaborate with the Project Manager on the transition from the current (As-Is) to the desired (To-Be) state, considering data, integration, testing, deployment, and decommissioning. Oversee the build of the agreed-upon solution with internal teams or third-party vendors. Coordinate the solution's progression from development to testing and production. Oversee QA of technical builds, including system integration testing (SIS) and unit testing. Develop frameworks to monitor vendor adherence to SLAs. Collaborate with other technical teams in a large hybrid enterprise environment. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with the Project Manager to plan technical tasks and timelines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality, safe, and user-friendly deployment. Partner with the Enterprise Architect to align the solution with broader strategic goals. Work with the Business Analyst to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate with the Change Lead to ensure smooth user adoption of the new technical solution. Essential Requirement: Must have hands-on Technical Delivery experience with Student Enrolment Platforms/ Student Administration Systems / School CRMs / LMS or Similar. Experience with Microsoft/Azure and system integrations. Experience identifying suitable products for an enterprise. Powerapps experience is a plus. Experience managing delivery teams and vendors. Experience within the education sector is an advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience in technical delivery. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
