About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across all project phases, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Acting as the primary interface between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, while driving productivity and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project scope, schedule, and budget across all phases. Ensuring compliance with Australian standards, mine regulations, and HSEQ policies. Overseeing contract administration, resource allocation, and progress reporting. Supporting business development and continuous improvement in project delivery. About You
You bring leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
Ideal qualifications include:
12-15+ years of project delivery and management experience Strong background in industrial or design and construct (D&C) projects. Experience in bulk material handling equipment design and operation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Australian Driver's License. Benefits
