Head up an established construction practice. Be involved in a mix of back & front-end construction matters , such as management of disputes, security of payment, project procurement and contract drafting, negotiation and advice . The ideal candidate:
Partner, coming from a reputable mid-tier law firm or smaller boutique law firm. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
