Great Opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator with new build, multi-res or apartment experience, wanting to join a strong head contractor.
What's on offer: This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering a $35 million Stage 1/4, Multi-res 4 storey, 1 basement project located in Sydney. Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projects Location: Sydney CBD Salary range: $180,000 - $210,000 Package What you will be doing? In this role, you will be joining a team of Contract Administrators who report into the Senior CA. You will be preparing tenders, contract execution, managing subcontracts, progress claims, supply agreements, and project procedures for a $35 million Stage 1/4, Multi-res 4 storey apartment development project. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi-res projects. Ideally, exposure to projects/portfolios above $25 million would help with being successful in this role. A strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communicate clearly with stakeholders is essential. This role also has a very clear progression plan to Senior Contract Administrator.
