As a Senior Change Lead, you'll be at the forefront of leading cross-functional change for the lines of business within our matrix operating model organisation. This is a dynamic role, where you will be leading and facilitating significant cross functional improvement and engagement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and implementing change strategies that align with Datacom's overarching vision and goals.
Working closely with the senior leadership teams you'll play a pivotal role in leading the change journey for people and be part of a talented team of professional refining and enhancing business processes and ways of working. What you'll bring Deep and broad understanding of business in a technology context Strong and proven change leadership, management principles, methodologies and tools An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sound strategic thinking, with an ability to grasp the big picture Experience 10+ years of broad experience in a large company/corporate environment 5+ years of senior change management experience in a transformational context. Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams Responsibilities Leading & facilitating change Owning the development and implementation of significant change initiatives for one or more line of businesses, in line with broader Datacom strategy Collaborating with other senior managers and internal stakeholders to establish and deliver change initiative and objectives Decision making to significantly impact the overall success of the line of business Leading content development that brings to life our evolving strategy and change narrative Helping (coaching and advising) leaders drive positive engagement Facilitating reflections sessions with senior leadership and instilling a continuous improvement mindset Supporting initiative leads to communicate and engage the wider business, leverage consistent change methods and apply them to their initiatives Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Interactions will involve influencing senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the business Addressing complex issues through sound analysis, critical thinking and co-creation of solutions Delivery Responsible for planning, and recommending and implementing changes to methods Involvement in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for change programmes Development of communication strategies and plans Mentoring and coaching others Familiarity with recognised industry bodies of knowledge, both generic and specific.
