Our client is a great South Australian State Government administration, providing services to all government employees and they are on the hunt for a short-term Business Analyst to help with their process maps and continuous improvement business-related initiatives.
7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.
Adelaide CBD location.
Adelaide based candidates only.
This role requires the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
$80 to $92 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included).
The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise.

Our client's PMO is looking to engage a Senior BA for 3 months to deliver on a PMO Continuous Improvement strategy in the following capacity:
Project: Continuous Improvement Project 2 Insurance and Claims.
Position:
Engagement of a Senior Business Analyst to continue process mapping and process definition, and identify waste reduction opportunities in the Insurance and Claims Business Unit (ICBU).
These waste reduction opportunities will form part of the action plan to uplift the claims services to our client's members.
Strong business analysis skills - not necessarily specific CI expertise - are critical to this role to create detailed as-is and end-to-end process maps that will serve as foundational assets for identifying improvement opportunities.
The role will be working under the direction of a CI Lead who will define the objective focus.
During this engagement, the Senior Business Analyst will:
Lead structured and facilitated workshops to assist the Insurance and Claims Business Unit (ICBU) team to clearly define as-is processes.
Produce process map artifacts in MS Visio, providing detailed, step-by-step documentation of as-is processes as captured from the workshops.
Develop process maps that illustrate the end-to-end insurance and claims value stream.
Contribute to identifying waste within as-is processes and suggest potential improvements.
