Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a client that plays a crucial role in supporting communities across Queensland by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations, and correctional and health facilities.
In this role, you will support a high-priority project focused on migrating critical business functions to updated government systems, including areas like billing, debt management, maintenance, and work health and safety services.
You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts to conduct detailed analysis, gather requirements, and report findings to facilitate effective business solutions and manage change impacts.
The Role:
6 Month contract - until end of June 2025!
Hybrid engagement.
Brisbane CBD location.
The Responsibilities:
Define and document future-state business processes, including business rules for billing services, debt management, maintenance, and work health and safety services.
Conduct gap analysis to compare current-state and future-state business processes.
Refine and prioritise business and reporting requirements.
Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
Liaise with delivery projects and technical experts to ensure requirements are accurately understood and addressed by the proposed solution.
Participate in data migration and testing activities as needed.
Assist in the development of user acceptance test (UAT) cases and support subject matter experts during UAT.
Collaborate with service providers to implement the selected product, as required.
Key Skills:
Extensive experience in Business Analysis for corporate systems projects, including expertise in repositioning business systems.
Proficient in defining and documenting BPMN business process mapping, business process improvement, and elicitation of functional, non-functional, reference data, and interface requirements.
Skilled in working with business stakeholders to elicit future-state business requirements and user stories.
Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis on existing and proposed systems, providing detailed outcomes and recommendations.
Experienced in leading cross-agency projects through the full project lifecycle.
Strong facilitation skills with a track record of leading outcomes-based workshops involving business and service provider stakeholder groups.
Knowledgeable in defining and documenting reporting requirements and designs using SSRS and Power BI.
Exposure to and contribution towards the development of user acceptance testing packages and data interfaces.
Proficient in user-centered design principles and familiar with human-centered design methodologies.
