Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Business Analyst to join a key regulatory transformation program.Experience required:8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within transformation programsExtensive banking or wider financial services experienceExperience with the following:Software delivery program experienceFinancial crime, operational risk, wider regulatory or similar program (end-to-end) experienceEliciting requirements from business and technology teams (must)Demonstrated experience problem solving autonomously within a complex environment.Demonstrated experience in Agile project management toolsAbility to work with ambiguity and with a range of different stakeholders including both technology and businessStrong communication skills including solid experience working with business stakeholdersWhat's in it for me?
