Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!
Role:
Initially, you will be employed to manage a $120m Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs. This role is an immediate need but a January start is also acceptable.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, y ou will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
