Specialising in a wide array of civil construction projects, the company is currently involved in the renewable energy, solar power, and battery infrastructure sectors. Quality and safety are fundamental to all of their operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while enhancing performance, quality, cost-efficiency, and safety standards. Supervise and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers, to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. Provide regular, accurate financial and progress reports to the Operations Manager/Managing Director. Coordinate the process for obtaining clearances, access permits, and client-specific authorizations. Foster strong client relationships, providing updates on project status, deliverables, and addressing issues as they arise. Review, interpret, and create drawings, reports, engineering documents, and specifications. Requirements: Proven experience in managing civil construction projects across various disciplines, including Earthworks, Roads, Concrete Structures, and Drainage. Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management Proficient in project management software, with MS Project preferred. Benefits: Company vehicle.
