Details of the offer

Reporting into the company Directors, you will be responsible for planning projects from conception through to completion and ensuring the project remains on target by maintaining an accurate construction program to ensure all activities are sequenced to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Maintain an intimate understanding of the costs of construction including: Pre-commencement review of budget estimates A thorough understanding of the Preliminary breakup and construction methodology Ensuring any deviation from the original estimate and scope of works is allocated to the correct stakeholder, whether the client, or a sub-contractor. Be the key point of contact for the client and for stakeholder management. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team up until the project finalisation review. Manage Head Contract progress claims to ensure it is in line with the cash flow forecast. Manage subcontractor payment schedules and payment processes to ensure they are in line with company expectations and S.O.P.A. Manage the construction resources (internal and external) for all scheduled construction activities and the delivery of programs across allocated sites to achieve the most efficient use of resources. Develop forecasts and negotiate the availability and allocation of major plant and specialist workgroups so that maximum work output is obtained in the time available. Manage monthly resource information, including any revised forecasts and provide relevant documentation to the finance group on time and in the correct format. You will possess
Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Building Management (or similar qualifications). Minimum five years industry experience in a Senior Management or Administration position (i.e. Site Manager, Project Engineer or Contract Administrator). Computer literacy, and experience using job cost software. Experience of providing financial and non-financial reports required to achieve targets and goals.
