Achieve Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic People and Culture Project Manager to lead key learning and development, organisational development, and culture enhancement initiatives.

Apply now and be part of something impactful!Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of learning and development strategies and programs.Manage the annual Learning Plan and training budget.Work with leaders to identify learning needs and skill gaps.Develop project plans and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to support strategic goals.Align learning and development strategies with business objectives.Analyse workforce trends and adjust learning strategies accordingly.Drive change initiatives and communicate goals to stakeholders.Design programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.Continuously gather feedback to improve the workplace environment.Use data to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.Contribute to the strategic plans and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental policies.About YouHold a bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organisational Learning, or related field.Completed a certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.Have a strong background in learning and development or organisational development.A strong understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.Proven ability to lead teams and drive change in a complex environment.Be a strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with actionable plans.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data analytics.Hold a Queensland C Class Driver's Licence.A current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one prior to offer.
