The team represents development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals more than any other law firm. The ideal candidate: Senior Associate to Special Counsel (6+ PQE ). A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Experience in Planning & Environment law, coming from a recognized P&E law team/firm. Excellent research skills, and the ability to provide clear, accurate summaries from complex legal matters.
