As a Funds Lawyer, you will be involved in:

Fund manager mergers and acquisitions and fund restructures

Professional trustee advisory
LP investment terms (including side letter arrangements)
Australia financial services law compliance advice, including AFSL applications
Fund deployment work, including private and public M&A, property and real asset transactions and credit
Foreign investment advice
