My client works in a heavy industry environment with a large fleet from their Auckland base.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Health and Safety professional that wants to join a fast-paced, growing business.
This role would suit someone coming from a heavy industry in a multi-fleet environment.

The Role: As a Health & Safety Manager, this key leadership and influencing role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Health, Safety, and Risk Management across the business.
The role spans the safety and risk for people, assets, property, and the environment.
In a highly safety-sensitive, regulated environment, the role is key to promote, champion, and drive continual improvement in safety and risk management to create a positive health and safety culture.

Job Requirements: At least 10 years+ experience working within health and safety in heavy industries, ideally with a risk background.
Great communication skills.
A team player who enjoys their work.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Safety focused.
Valid New Zealand driver's license.
New Zealand working rights.
