Full-Time Project Manager Required Mastek Systems Pty Ltd, formerly known as Evolutionary Systems Pty Ltd, is seeking several skilled and detail-oriented full-time Project Managers to join their dynamic team at Level 26, 44 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead and manage end-to-end cloud-based implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, operations, and business stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols for cloud-based solutions. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager, with a focus on cloud-based implementation projects. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including SaaS platforms such as Oracle. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects. Knowledge of data migration, integration, and security considerations for cloud-based solutions. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience Required: Minimum of five years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
Good Salary Package: ($165,000 - $185,000 plus Super)
