The Authority is charged with shaping the growth of the central parts of Canberra.This role reports directly to the Authority's CEO and Board and provides an opportunity for a highly motivated executive with exceptional leadership skills, communications, marketing, financial acumen, and a sound understanding of urban place making and activation.Candidates will be strategic thinkers with demonstrable capabilities in organisational management, governance, communications, marketing financial strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Extensive experience in business operations of a dynamic organisation is required.The role requires a person with an established strategic perspective, exceptional leadership, and complex problem-solving skills in an operationally diverse work environment.Remuneration : The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $321,988 – $334,882, depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant.
This includes a cash component of $286,536.Contract : The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
