About the role In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide and support a group of teaching teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training that meets the needs of our students.
You will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the student experience, fostering a culture of excellence across Plumbing Services within the Construction & Energy Faculty.
Your leadership will enable the Plumbing Services teaching discipline to achieve its objectives by ensuring alignment with the overarching goals.
By working closely with educators and key stakeholders, you will contribute to continuous improvement in teaching standards, student outcomes, and overall academic performance.
Highly Desirable VET (Vocational Education and Training) expertise at a leadership level.
Demonstrated knowledge relevant to the specific vocational space.
About You You will play a key role in implementing the Faculty plan, ensuring strong leadership while delivering an outstanding learning experience for our students.
Your expertise in educational and technical strategy will be essential as you provide advice on the effective delivery of education and training programs.
