Working collaboratively with project teams within the Place Delivery Group and other areas within SLA to assess projects against an established commercial venture framework, considering financial, land supply, environmental, and social returns. Assisting with the establishment of structures, networks, policies, and other means to facilitate effective knowledge and information sharing between commercial ventures and SLA projects. Supporting the oversight of joint venture arrangements and representing SLA in its role as a participant. Providing advice and support to joint venture board members and other SLA/Territory representatives relating to commercial arrangements. Provision of advice on commercial ventures, land development, and projects to the SLA Board, the Chief Executive Officer, Executives, and key government and non-government stakeholders. Supporting the oversight of commercial venture delivery of the Government's Indicative Land Release Program and SLA Budget, ensuring effective risk management frameworks are developed and maintained. Representing the Agency at meetings with statutory authorities and other Government agencies, private enterprise, and community groups, including public meetings. Supporting the team with procurement and recruitment of external and internal resources to support the team's functions. Other duties as required. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experiences, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
