What's involved:
As the Digital Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital recruitment strategies to attract international students. You will work closely with the Flinders International team to manage CRM systems, create compelling digital campaigns, and ensure prospective students experience a seamless and engaging journey from inquiry to application.
This role is responsible for managing content & technical elements with support aligned to the continual innovation and development of digital platforms and systems.
Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to work outside of normal hours with restrictions on taking leave during peak work periods.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimise CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) to streamline recruitment efforts and ensure a positive user experience for prospective international students.
Collaborate with Flinders International teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with recruitment goals.
Innovate and maintain digital engagement strategies, ensuring data integrity and producing insightful reports for continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Coordinate digital outreach, including email campaigns, to prospective students, providing timely follow-ups and information to support their application journey.
Ensure consistency and quality in communication by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and training resources.
Who are You?
You have appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Management and Systems or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or education and/or training.
You have a strong background in digital marketing or recruitment, with expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation systems. You are skilled at designing and implementing digital campaigns and using data to improve outcomes. Your experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo will be highly valued in this role.
Your high-level administrative skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritise tasks, manage, extract and analyse organisational information and data, are complemented by your well-developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
As someone with well-developed interpersonal skills, you are self-motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels. You will also have experience working with international students, and an understanding of other cultures and the ability to communicate in a cross-cultural working environment.
