A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder to work on 3 - 4 retail fit outs worth $10 million combined.

Working for an established and reputable commercial fit out contractor Working under a PM, with projects ranging from $500k - 4 million on average, in the retail, hospitality and education sectors Initial projects are 3 - 4 retail fit out/ refurbishments worth $2 - 3 million each $140k to $160k package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Western Sydney based, close to a mainline train station Opportunities for career advancement, training and development The Company:

An established Tier 3 Contractor with $50 million T/O Sectors include commercial, education, and retail Reporting to a Project Manager 30 + staff in the business Opportunities for further career advancement and development Opportunity to work on fast-paced retail projects You will have:
