The Position This role will form part of the company's long-term strategy, working on a variety of interesting projects with clients in the public and private sectors.

Skills and Experience Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters related to the project.
Client and subcontractor variations, progress claims, and invoicing.
Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages.
Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders, administer RFIs, document control & register.
Involvement in final accounts and project closeout.
Attend project meetings with the team and stakeholders.
