As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Commercial Manager to champion and support our commercial interests and drive our vision forward.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership in financial and commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive the business's data and digital journey, leveraging insights for decision-making. Negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) to achieve favourable outcomes. Develop pricing strategies for labour, equipment, and projects to maximise profitability. Lead the development and management of a Commercial Services Department, focusing on efficiency and value delivery. Why Aussie Fluid Power

Strong financial and commercial experience. Proven ability to manage change effectively. Strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute impactful strategies. Digitally savvy with experience in driving data-driven decision-making. Resource market experience, particularly in the mining or oil and gas sectors. Leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business, or similar). About Us
