The role
Full Time, Fixed Term (until March 2027) Level 8 - $110,629 to $125,223 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Appointment to be made to current campus location In this technical specialist role, you will support the delivery of key business transformation and tangible benefits through the implementation of a new Student Management System (SMS).
You will ensure seamless student and staff experiences while driving learning, development, and change readiness initiatives.

About you
Demonstrated technical proficiency in creating and implementing effective learning and development programs using contemporary learning methods and educational technology platforms.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to negotiate, influence and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proven project and change management experience with ability to analyse data to inform strategic and operational plans.
Desire to lead a culture of continuous improvement, aligned to strategic goals.
